Basic Functionality Tests

Apheris technical staff can run automated tests to verify basic functionality of Apheris Gateways after changes.

These tests require an Asset Policy that grants access to automated-test@apheris.com to run the apheris/statistics model on a specific Dataset.

Dataset

Please register a Dataset named apheris-automated-test using the Worcester Heart Attack Study (WHAS) file.

For Gateways set up with the installer (see Deploying using the Installer), the file is automatically created at file:///home/datastore/whas/worcester/data.csv.

For all other Gateways, use s3://apheris-tutorials-data/whas/worcester/data.csv.

Asset Policy

Please create an Asset Policy that grants access to automated-test@apheris.com to run the Apheris statistics model, allowing all versions and all functions (default settings) on the Dataset you registered in the previous step.
